Flexible cleanroom construction

Our modular cleanroom constructions are freestanding, solid and robust steel structures which are suitable for use within an existing cleanroom, lab, manufacturing area or warehouse.

Benefits to you

Our modular cleanrooms...

  • are freestanding - they typically need no building regulations & can convert any area into a cleanroom
  • are 100% bespoke - each room is designed from scratch to match client's requirements & the only size constraint comes from the room it is installed into
  • can expand - you can start small and add on additional modules in future
  • meet cleanroom standards ISO 14644-1 - they achieve particle counts to meet ISO class 4 - 8 through HEPA / ULPA filtration with 0.3 & 0.1 micron filtration
  • can move - smaller cleanrooms can be built with castors & larger cleanrooms can be dismantled and reinstalled if required
  • are inexpensive - typically they are much less expensive per square metre than a traditional build cleanroom and have shorter lead times & installation times too.
  • can breathe - a modular solution has an outlet around the bottom of the cleanroom to allow dirty air to escape, pushed out evenly by the clean, filtered air  - see our video on how this works
